Cradle swing animated flash loop of Simone

Having some fun with my Sony VX-2000 digital camcorder. I want a Canon EOS 7D so badly!!! Here is a film flash loop of Simone swinging. I've got some ideas on how to composite some of these regular 480p shots in to 720p composite clips. This graphic is only 1.5 megs.
